Tea Diplomacy · for offices

Negotiations where people hear each other

A tea meeting room in your office: the space, the ritual and a trained team. The meeting moves at a different pace — less tension, more attention to the person opposite.

Decisions get faster. Hearing each other gets harder

  • Information noiseNotifications, calls, phones on the table — attention keeps leaving the conversation.
  • Meetings on the runTension walks into the room with people and gets in the way of a shared solution.
  • A meeting room like any otherA table, chairs, bottled water. Your partner remembers neither the place nor the atmosphere.

The mechanics of trust

  1. 01Lower tensionTea is brewed in front of the guests — the conversation starts with a pause, not an agenda.
  2. 02A slower paceThe rhythm of the ceremony sets the rhythm of the talk: less rush, more pauses to think.
  3. 03From opposition to cooperationA shared table and a shared teapot shift attention from positions to common interest.
  4. 04An atmosphere of respectGuests feel attention to themselves — and readiness for a constructive conversation.

Tea does not distract — it accompanies the dialogue throughout.

We run a tea bar ourselves

We do more than design: in Yekaterinburg we run our own tea bar, Chao Da. So we know how tea lives in a space every day — from sourcing teas to training the people who brew it.

Questions

How do you work in Georgia and Europe?

First a video call, then a meeting at your office in person. The easiest way to reach us is WhatsApp.

How is a package paid?

In full in advance under a contract. Launch — 14–20 days after approval; we reply to requests within 24 hours.

Do we need a separate room?

Not necessarily. The tea zone can be built into an existing meeting room — at the first stage we look at your spaces and suggest a format.

Your staff: in the “Standard” and “Premium” packages we train them in the basics of tea diplomacy. In “Premium”, our master can hold the ceremony at important meetings.

We can fully supply teas and renew the assortment every month.

Can we try it first?

Yes. We start with a video call, then meet you at your office; in Yekaterinburg you can also visit a tea ceremony at Chao Da with your colleagues. Message us on WhatsApp.
