Chao Da tea bar

From design project to a working tea bar: a counter with tabletops made of solid elm (karagach) slabs, a tea shelving unit, a lit decorative stand and a guest area along a 12.4 m wall. We run this tea bar ourselves every day: we choose teas, brew for guests and train the team. We bring this experience into your project.

What a tea room for a venue costs

The price depends on the area, condition of the space, engineering, materials, equipment and level of fit-out. That is why we first get to know the space and the task, and then prepare a proposal with a clear scope of work and budget. Euro prices are a guide converted from roubles on 1 October 2026.

How does payment work?

Under contract, in three stages: 20% at the start and design stage, 40% at production and sourcing, 40% at installation and launch. The cost of a completed stage is fixed.
